Everyone at the Catholic University of America recognizes the importance that graduation holds for our students and their families, and we know the tremendous sense of pride that accompanies Commencement. We are all looking forward to celebrating our students' accomplishments at Commencement.

Looking for a special flower bouquet for your graduate? We have partnered with Commencement Flowers to have bouquets on sale on site the morning of Commencement. You will be able to find them near Gibbons Hall, very close to the location of the Commencement exercises.

Commencement Ceremony

10 a.m., East Steps of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.

Note: The procession starts at 9:30 a.m. for the ceremony to begin at 10 a.m. Guests not in their seats by 9:30 a.m. must wait for the procession to finish before being allowed to cross the processional path.

Tickets are not required, and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. The ceremony will also be broadcast via streaming video in the Pryzbyla Center Food Court.
